I dont understand what the point of making an appointment is when it was 45 minutes after my time and I still wasnt called. I ended up leaving since I was taking time off work. Extremely slow service by the front desk people, but the providers themselves are lovely people.

I've been coming to this PP for over a decade. I WALKED-IN less than 30 minutes ago and am already being seen. I was fully prepared to wait 3+ hrs, like at any doctor's appointment, but thankfully I was helped right away. Jasmine was super nice and when I told her I was impressed with the service, she said they have new staff! I'm very pleased with my visit and made an appointment to come back for more services next week. Thank you.

The reviews about the wait times are valid. They have ONE person working the check in window. Each patient took 5 mins and I was 3rd in line meaning by the time I checked in, I was already 15 minutes late. Appointments are unnecessary, as you're not seen anywhere near your actual time. They need to do better. Never again.
